X'traseal MC-808 Cölofil Sealant is a one part, gun applied and water-based acrylic sealant that cures to a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces without primer.it is also a low cost and environmental friendly sealant that can be easily cleaned up with water. These dispersion acrylic sealants are far more superior if compared to other caulking compound, such as butyl mastics, oil-based mastics etc.
