X'traseal MC-800 Acrylic Latex Sealant 480g is a one part, gun applied and water-based acrylic sealnt that cures to a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surfaces. It is also a low cost and environmental firendly sealant that can be easily cleaned up with water. These dispersion acrylic sealant are far more superior if compared to other caulking compound, such as butyl mastics, oil-based mastics etc.
