  1. Perform area inspection in accordance to the number of tiles ordered
    • 1.1 In case any additional tiles or further purchases are needed due to the larger site size, technician team will notify customers before proceeding the installation.
    • 1.2 In case the site is smaller than the number of tiles ordered, those excessive amount can be returned.
    • 1.3 Measured excessive spacing of the area from 0.01 – 0.99 sq.m shall be counted as 1 sq.m
  2. Systematic Preparation of Area and Product
    • 2.1 Inspect equipment and product conditions along with making sure the number checks out
    • 2.2 Handle the delivery by scheduling the date of delivery to match the customer need to prevent any loss or damage.
    • 2.3 In case water supply system and electrical system are involved, technician team shall investigate the site prior to starting of the procedures for safety measurement.
    • 2.4 Confirm the tile layout patterns by performing dry installation
  3. Protection and Removal of Original Tiles – HomePro pays close attention to these matters for preservation of original conditions, prevention of possible damages, etc. Technician team shall carry out every procedure with caution and dedication to ensure high satisfaction. Irrelevant areas will be temporarily blocked before proceeding.
  4. Tile installation is crucial as it requires highly skilled, well-trained, and experienced technicians, engineers, and staff to manage and carry the work along each procedure, ensuring satisfying and functional construction results.
    • Step 1: Use a laser level to determine the evenness and level of the floor/wall surface. Surface leveling with the thickness not exceeding 5 cm for floor and the thickness not exceeding 2 cm for walls will be provided if required (In case the extra surface thickness is required more than the stated, this project will be considered as concrete slab pouring instead)
    • Step 2: Prepare the tiles by using a tile cutter and hole saw to achieve desired shapes, sizes, and holes.
    • Step 3: Use cement tile adhesive along with using a trowel to plaster the adhesive for enhanced adhesion between the tile and surface.
    • Step 4: A satisfying result will be archived if all tiles and grout lines are properly aligned and evened. We adopt the use of a tile leveling kit and tile spacer to ensure perfect alignment.
    • Step 5: Removal of ceramic tile angle can be completed in two options : 1.) Installing the tile trim or 2.) Grinding with 45 angle degrees with these options have additional cost by 100 Baht/Meter.
    • Step 6: Grout all floor/wall tiles along with finishing any leftover.
  5. Final inspection of 4 vital spots to prevent occurrence of possible issues or damages before handing over successful work to customers
    • 5.1 Inspection of evenness, alignment, and grout lines
    • 5.2 Inspection of the tiles to assure if they are properly laid or hollowed by knocking each tile one by one.
    • 5.3 Inspection of floor slope performed by rolling marble on the floor to ensure a proper slope.
    • 5.4 Inspection of water drainage achieved by pouring water on the floor to ensure that surface is able to carry water to the drain.
  1. HomePro includes 180 Days warranty after installation and will be held responsible for any inflicted damages due to the service. Please be aware that the amount of coverage expense will not exceed doubling of the service payment.
  2. The company reserves the right to disregard the warranty if any damages are inflicted by
    • 2.1 Removal of original product or equipment
    • 2.2 Third-party services or unaffiliated personnel
    • 2.3 Customers assign HomePro’s technician team with tasks out of the work scope regardless of permission from the company
  1. Service coverage
    • 1.1 Renovation service is eligible for customers who are the original property owners only. In case of rental properties, permission must be granted by the original owner first.
    • 1.2 Renovation will be proceeded based on original buildings or house structures and addition project will not exceed the first floor.
    • 1.3 In case of residential areas located in Bangna, Bang Phli, Bang Pu, Phra Pradaeng, Samut Sakhon, and Rama 2, the soil in the mentioned locations is soft which may cause soil subsidence and damages to the structure. Ground improvement or retaining wall must be constructed before using the service. If those methods are not completed, Homepro reserves the right to refuse servicing.
  2. Equipment and tools required for the renovation must be purchased from Homepro only.
  3. The company will start the renovation after all payments are confirmed and completed only.
  4. Inquiry of permits and security deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer.
  5. While the service is being provided, the company prohibits customer from involving outsource technicians at the same time scope until the job is successfully handed to the customer.
  6. The company reserves the right to change service fee and conditions without prior notice.
