Illuminate your house with this country chandelier from CST. This chandelier will enhance the luxury and warmth to your room and it is compatible with LED E14 base bulbs to create a comfortable light for eyes. This chandelier comes with the 30 cm chain so you can easily adjust the height as your desire.

If service fee is less than Baht 500, it will be charged at Baht 500.

Installation criteria

1.Service Condition

Is it is installed with glass block, glass, metal, wooden furniture and rock, additional fee will be charged according to the table of tools price used other than specified standard.
In case of drilling smooth plaster ceiling, the company will drill the ceiling at the position related to installation point (excluding ceiling and painting collecting).
To perform the work, there must be horizontal area 2-3 square meters and height from ground to equipment not more than 4 meters.
In case the height from ground to equipment is more than 4 meters upwards, the customer shall provide scaffold for installation.
In case of unable to install because the customer has not prepared the area or not postponed the appointment date for 2 days in advance, the company has to charge for transportation fee Baht 300/ time.

2.Installation equipment criteria

Standard installation equipment, the company will provide for actual usage.
The company reserves the right to deliver unused equipment and unable to be exchanged for cash or discount.
In case the customer purchases additional equipment by his own, 50% of equipment price will be charged for labor fee.
** In case of external standard equipment given for free with product and used for installation, no labor fee charge.Over standard equipment’s price is already included VAT

3.Installation guaranteeง

The work shall be guaranteed 180 days after installation and responsible for actual damage occurring from service provided but not more than 2 times of Homepro’s standard service fee.
We reserve the right not to accept any exchange or return the installed equipment.
If the customer wants to change installation point or to install the old equipment, labor fee rate indicated in the Table will be charged.
The company will not be responsible for any damage occurring from
* the customer employs any third party to install or fix the company’s installation work.
* the customer employs or requests the company’s staff to work for the job other than provided in employment letter without contacting the company.
