Product Usage
Ideal for securing exterior entry doors, operated with a key on the outside and a thumbturn inside. Suitable for standard doors with 35–50?mm thickness and 60?mm backset configurations.
Product Tips
Align and chisel the strike plate precisely in the door frame for smooth deadbolt movement. Apply a graphite or Teflon-based lubricant to the bolt every 6–12 months to ensure quiet, effortless operation.
Cautions
Always rotate the thumbturn fully to engage the bolt completely, maximizing security. Do not force the key—if it’s stiff, check alignment and lubrication before trying again. Keep spare keys in a secure location to prevent lockouts or damage from key breakage. |
