HomePro Lorry Delivery Service
Available for eligible products within 30 km from selected HomePro stores.
Additional charges may apply for delivery beyond 30 km or for bulky items exceeding 250 cm.
Our delivery team will contact or message you approximately 1 day before delivery.
Customers must provide a valid contact number and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Additional charges may apply when there is no lift access, up to RM35 per floor.
Delivery will proceed after confirmation and payment of any applicable additional charges.
If the customer does not agree to the additional charges, eligible products may be exchanged for alternatives suitable for standard delivery, subject to applicable terms and availability.
Cancellation or refund may not be available once special delivery arrangements have been confirmed.
HomePro Courier Service
Applicable for eligible items weighing up to 30 kg.
Orders may be delivered by third-party courier partners such as Pos Laju.
Available in most serviceable areas, excluding selected islands, jetties and vessels.

Delivery updates may be provided via WhatsApp, SMS or telephone call.
