Estimated time for job 1 sq.m. :	90-150 minutes/1 sq.m (In case of tiling installation area over 5 sq.m, it requires 2 days of service.)

What customer has to prepare :	Tiles Tile Grouts Trims [Select Trims] For the areas that require leakage protection, please prepare waterproofing product for the usage ratio of 1-1.5 kg/sq.m per 1 coat.

Terms & Conditions

Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.

Preparation Information

Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.

Installation Warranty

180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
he company reserves the right to reject return/exchange/refund for the products/items that have been already installed, deteriorate due to usage, or are contained in a teared package.
The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the specific service fee.
The company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred from

- The product or spare parts are misused, wrongly maintained, accidentally broken, or reached their lifespan.
- Customer hires a third party to install, fix, alter, or modify the works of the company and the warranty will be invalidated immediately.
- Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without paying the service fee.
- Contributing factors and structural collapses at the worksite.

Upgrade you wall to the next level of beauty with this quality ceramic wall tile from AMMY WHITE series. Its beautiful design is inspired by traditional Korean wall of Bukchon Hanok Village which is located in the middle of Seoul, South Korea. The wall was decorated by stone and marble alternately in mosaic and contemporary style. The AIR ION technology releases negative ions to capture 89% of PM 2.5 particles for fresher and cleaner air.

It is recommended to purchase additionally 5-10% of the total usage amount for future renovation.

Please note that tiles naturally vary in color and appearance from batch to batch. To ensure all of your tiles are from the same batch, it is best to place a full order at the same time. Different order may get tiles from different batch.

Cautions

In case of incorrect shades, series and size, please return the product to the Homepro store where it is purchased as soon as possible.

Always make sure that the surface is even and flat, if not then surface leveling will be required.

Allow the leveled wall to dry at least 3-4 weeks before installation.

Mix the mortar with waterproof liquid to prevent dampness and humidity.

In case of applying on mortar, tiles should be thoroughly soaked in clean water for 30-45 minutes prior the application.

It is recommended to leave space of 3-5 mm. between each tile.

Do not use any acidic-alkaline or brackish water to mix with mortar. Only use clean water.

Do not use any strong chemical agents to clean the product.

The company shall not be responsible under all circumstances for any damages from not following the stated instructions.
