How to clean up the pan and increase the non-stick effectiveness?

Step 1: Wash the pan with water and detergent

Step 2: Heat it until it dry and pour some oil into the pan

Step 3: Heat the pan with oil and stir the oil to cover the whole surface for 3 - 5min

Step 4: Clean the pan again with water and detergent
