PYE WATER-SEAL STONE PROTECTION CHEMICAL 5L

PYE Water-Seal
A one-part flexible waterproof sealer based on modified acrylic polymers. It provides an excellent waterproof film on interior and exterior surfaces, preventing water penetration to the underlying substrate, which is normally subject to rain penetration and rising dampness. It effectively obliterates watermarks.
 

Properties
Can be applied to interior and exterior wall surfaces
Excellent for use on fresh concrete after it has hardened
Good on newly plastered or concrete surface as an undercoat prior to painting
Product Usage
Provides a waterproof barrier on interior and exterior wall surfaces to help prevent water penetration and dampness.
Suitable for concrete, newly plastered surfaces, basements, bathrooms, toilets, retaining walls, floors and other cementitious surfaces.
Product Tips
Ensure the surface is clean and free from dirt and grease before application.
Apply 2 coats, allowing at least 1 hour drying time between coats. Allow the coating to cure for at least 2 hours before sanding or further treatment.
Cautions
Keep container closed when not in use and wash hands after handling.
Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin; wear suitable gloves and eye protection.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
