General Terms & Conditions
Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery address, product type, and delivery method.
The estimated delivery fee will be displayed at checkout after the delivery address is entered.
After your order is confirmed, HomePro may review the delivery distance and item size. Additional charges may apply for locations beyond 30 km or for items requiring special delivery arrangements.
All orders will be strictly delivered to the designated address provided at checkout. After your order and delivery have been confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Delivery will be processed according to the order number. Depending on each type of product, you may receive multiple packages even the items are in the same order number.
The item(s) will be dispatched and shipped out after the order has been confirmed by HomePro and a confirmation email has been received by customer.
Estimated delivery: 2–14 business days. Pre-order items may require 2–4 weeks.
Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
Delivery service is not available at certain areas, e.g Islands, Jetties or any type of vessels. (apply to both lorry delivery & courier services); Delivery range above 30-80KM from the Shipping Point for lorry delivery service, extra charges may implied, please check with Customer Services.

Please inspect all your item(s) immediately upon delivery arrival. Once acceptance, no exchange or refund is allow.
You will be contacted by delivery teams or couriers 1 day(s) in advance prior to the delivery. You may be contacted regarding appointment of your delivery. Failure to be contacted may result in delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If you have not received your order on the date of appointment after your delivery has been confirmed as success by our team or a courier, kindly contact our HomePro.

HomePro Lorry Delivery Service
This service applies to all products.
Service is available within a 30km from HomePro stores, promotion such as Free Delivery only implies to this mentioned range. Once exceeded 30KM or item length/width more than 250cm, Delivery Team would contact you for additional charges or arranging Special Delivery.
Eligibility is determined based on product type and delivery address at checkout.
Customers will be contacted 1 day(s) in advance to arrange delivery.
Customers must be available at the scheduled date.
Customers must provide a valid and reachable contact number. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or product availability.
Special truck and additional charges may be required for delivery range more than 30km or products length/width more than 250cm upon order delivery arrangement.
Delivery proceed only upon customer acceptance & paid of additional charges.
Premises without lift will be charged for additional charges by floor (max. charges / floor: RM 35).
If the customer does not agree to additional charges, customer may exchange item(s) for alternatives eligible for standard delivery.
No cancellation or refund is allowed once special delivery is confirmed.

The Delivery Team will inform on the product's availability, conditions or parts incomplete. Customer may discuss with Customer Service for exchange of products.
The service is available for all delivery address except Islands, Jetties or any type of vessels.
The delivery will be fulfilled by third-party courier services such as POS Laju.
Customers may receive WhatsApp messages, SMS or phone notifications regarding delivery status.
