HomePro Lorry Delivery Service
  1. This service applies to all products.
  2. Service is available within a 30km from HomePro stores, promotion such as Free Delivery only implies to this mentioned range. Once exceeded 30KM or item length/width more than 250cm, Delivery Team would contact you for additional charges or arranging Special Delivery.
  3. Eligibility is determined based on product type and delivery address at checkout.
  4. Customers will be contacted 1 day(s) in advance to arrange delivery.
  5. Customers must be available at the scheduled date.
  6. Customers must provide a valid and reachable contact number. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  7. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or product availability.
  8. Special truck and additional charges may be required for delivery range more than 30km or products length/width more than 250cm upon order delivery arrangement.
    1. Delivery proceed only upon customer acceptance & paid of additional charges.
    2. Premises without lift will be charged for additional charges by floor (max. charges / floor: RM 35).
    3. If the customer does not agree to additional charges, customer may exchange item(s) for alternatives eligible for standard delivery.
    4. No cancellation or refund is allowed once special delivery is confirmed.

HomePro Courier Service
  1. This service applies to all products (max 30 kg)
  2. The Delivery Team will inform on the product's availability, conditions or parts incomplete. Customer may discuss with Customer Service for exchange of products.
  3. The service is available for all delivery address except Islands, Jetties or any type of vessels.
  4. The delivery will be fulfilled by third-party courier services such as POS Laju.
  5. Customers may receive WhatsApp messages, SMS or phone notifications regarding delivery status.
  6. Estimated delivery: 2–14 business days. Pre-order items may require 2–4 weeks.
  7. Delivery service is available to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan).
  8. Customers must be available at the scheduled time.
