1. Tile installation for an area of no more than 10 sq.m.
* This service fee rate applies only for products/items purchased from HomePro only.		 1,000.- baht/sq.m.
Remarks: Installation service fees shown in the table are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Standard Installation Equipment
Estimated time for job 1 sq.m. : 90-150 minutes/1 sq.m (In case of tiling installation area over 5 sq.m, it requires 2 days of service.)
What technicians prepare : Cement tile adhesive, mortar
What customer has to prepare :
  1. Tiles
  2. Tile Grouts
  3. Trims [Select Trims]
  4. For the areas that require leakage protection, please prepare waterproofing product for the usage ratio of 1-1.5 kg/sq.m per 1 coat.
*For more information, please read service fee rate shown in the table below.
  • Remove and dispose of the existing tiles or finishes. Level the floor or surface (not exceeding 5 cm.), lay tiles, grout floor, and remove the excess afterwards.
  • Before performing tile installtion for an area of more than 10 sq.m, tile laying for repeating patterns, or bathroom tile installation, the area inspection must be carried out first.
  • Service fee rate for an area not exceeding 1 sq.m is considered as the same rate of 1 sq.m.
  • In case of additional standard equipment is given for free along with product and used for installation according to actual number of use and area, there is no labor fee charge.
  • The company reserves the right to hand over unused tools, equipment, or items. Please note that unused items cannot be exchanged for cash or discount.
  • Please read the product information and understand on-site installation procedure before making a purchase.
  • The site must not be under maintenance. Please have the products prepared and ready for installation.
  • In case the tile installation areas have high moisture and a high risk of leakage, such as balconies, bathrooms on second floor and above, or areas next to a bathroom, waterproof sealant application is recommended.
  • Utilities expense, parking fee, inquiry of permits, and security deposit/damage deposit with any government agencies, legal entity of housing estate/condominium, or neighbors must be handled and sorted out by the customer prior to installation.
  • Please make a postponement for 2 days in advance before the scheduled date. In case the service cannot be provided due to inoperable work area or postponement without advanced notice, 300 baht/ job would be additionally charged as transportation cost.
  • 180-Day warranty is included. Warranty commences from the completion date of installation service.
  • he company reserves the right to reject return/exchange/refund for the products/items that have been already installed, deteriorate due to usage, or are contained in a teared package.
  • The company shall be responsible for only the liability coverage of the actual damages incurred but limited to the twice of the specific service fee.
  • The company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred from
    • - The product or spare parts are misused, wrongly maintained, accidentally broken, or reached their lifespan.
    - Customer hires a third party to install, fix, alter, or modify the works of the company and the warranty will be invalidated immediately.
    - Customer hires the company’s service team to perform or carry other tasks or procedures apart from what is stated in the service report sheet without paying the service fee.
    - Contributing factors and structural collapses at the worksite.

Product Tips
The pattern may differ from each other due to the production. Purchase additionally 5-10% from the total usage amount for future renovation.
Please note that tiles naturally vary in shade, color, size and appearance from batch to batch. It is important to buy all you need at one time. Different orders may get tiles from different batches.
Cautions
In case of incorrect shades, series and size, please return the product to the store where it is purchased as soon as possible.
Always make sure that the surface is even and flat, if not then surface leveling before installation will be required.
The leveled wall should be left to dry for 3 - 4 weeks before laying tiles.
Mix mortar with waterproof liquid to grout in order to prevent dampness and humidity.
Before laying tiles, immerse in clean water around 30 - 45 minutes.
Do not use any brackish water, acidic-alkaline or strong chemical agents to mix with mortar. Only use clean water.
