1-Year warranty on EPU synthetic leather (Only covers on normal usage and proper maintenance)
2-Year warranty on steel frame (Only covers on normal usage and proper maintenance)

Remarks

The softness and the sag of the cushion that are caused by deterioration due to normal usage is not covered in warranty.

Terms and conditions

Warranty will not cover on the following conditions: damages from normal usage, piling up with heavy objects, storing in any inappropriate place, long-time no use as well as misusing the product which causes abrasion, tears, dirty spots and stains. It does also not include the conditions due to installation, damages from inaccurate cleaning methods, deterioration of materials, getting mildew, corrosion or termite and other insect attacking. Besides, the damages caused by nature as well as displayed items from the clearance sale are excluded.
In case of damages on some parts and the same materials cannot be applied within the duration of service, the company reserves the right to find any other potential and quality materials to use as substitutions.
The company reserves the right to continue the process of fixing the product after finding substitutions without extending the date since the product has been serviced.
Warranty will not cover on any minor difference between the display on websites, catalogues, social media platforms and the received product.
The company reserves the right to examine the product and estimate that the warranty is either covered or not. The company’s decision is final.
