  • Shipping time for Bangkok Metropolitan regions is 7 working days and upcountry regions is 14 working days.
  • Deliver service shall not be proceeded in case the destinations are located at islands
  • The company reserves the right not to deliver in the 3 southern border provinces, namely 1. Pattani Province. 2. Narathiwat Province 3. Yala Province 
  • Chiang Mai Province: Remote areas where delivery is not available include 7 districts: Fang, Mae Ai, Wiang Haeng, Mae Chaem, Doi Tao, Omkoi, and Doi Lo.
