The Fartona collection is designed for plush support with the right amount of firmness mixture. Its core support features Omazz Pocketed coil (Medium firm type) giving the benefits of undisturbed comfort as the system works independently from one another unlike conventional coil system. The top surface is designed for ideal pressure relief, thanks to 30 ILD Talatech Latex topper at 1.5 cm. blended with our organic zoned topper. Throughout the night, body weight is effectively absorbed and rebalanced, in turn eliminating any tension or pressure points. You can always recharge your energy to maximum with the wonderful support from Fartona collection for true peace of relaxation.

  • Base core System: Omazz® Pocketed coil (Medium firm type) with foam encasement

Cover: Natural cotton knit cover with an attractively embossed Omazz logo quilted with natural-extract foam plus Hollo Fill fiber and enhanced with Omazz® Evercloud Talatech Latex padding (19 ILD)

Fabric Treatment: Sanicott pretreated fabric yarn provides permanent protection against mites and mildew.

Product Usage
Designed for supporting the reclining body and sleeping purpose.
Product Tips
Recommend to flip or rotate the mattress every 3 or 6 months.
To extend the life of the mattress, place in a well-ventilated area.
Cautions
Avoid any moisutre or water.
Keep away from any sharp tools.
Keep away from all sources of flame.
Do not use any harsh chemical agents or bleach detergent to clean the product.
Do not jump on or strike the product violently.

Remark: the mattress comes with a thickness of 12.5 inches (+/-10mm)

Delivery Terms and Conditions

  • The company offers a free delivery service nationwide
  • The company reserves the right to charge for delivery fee in the case of a condo or building (without elevator), the company will deliver free delivery from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor from the 4th floor up. There will be an additional charge of 300 baht per floor.
  • Deliver service shall not be proceeded in case the destinations are located at islands or hills. (However, if customer insists to purchase the product, all transportation expenses for the delivery service will be covered by the customers)
  • The company reserves the right not to deliver in the 3 southern border provinces, namely 1. Pattani Province. 2. Narathiwat Province 3. Yala Province (Delivery can be made to a designated pickup point in the nearby area as specified by the company)
  • The company reserves the right not to deliver in 4 districts of Songkhla province, namely 1. Thepha district 2. Chana district 3. Na Thawi district 4. Saba Yoi district.

Delivery Procedures

  • All orders are newly manufactured products (None of the goods are deadstock)
  • Shipping time for Bangkok Metropolitan regions is 7-14 working days
  • Shipping time for upcountry regions is 14-20 working days.

Change of Address and Warranty Registration

  • The system shall select the address provided by the customer automatically. In case further changes of the address are required, please contact Call Center.
  • Warranty online registration is available
