The return or exchange of a purchased item must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
The customer must present the original receipt or invoice upon making the return or exchange.
The product(s) and packaging must be unused and in its original condition as purchase.
Any gift / premium items received shall be return upon returning the purchased item. If not , The customer need to pay for the value of the gift/premium items.
Refunds shall be issued in the same payment method as the original payments.
For the exchange items, The price must be equivalent or higher only and the customer shall pay for the difference of the price.
For the return items, any reward points earn on original purchase will be deducted,
The company shall not be responsible for any damages incurred on the products if customer do not used installation service from homepro.

For delivery items Home pro shall arrange the delivery of the items to the customer within 30 days for normal products and 15 days for electrical products. In the event any request for delivery beyond the time frame stated above, Home pro reserve the right to impose goods storing fees of RM20.00 per unit per day.
Home pro reserves the right to eliminate, add or amend the above terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
