Warehouse Manager

Job Description
  • Responsible for Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and developing the Distribution Center (DC)’s activities to ensure the supply chain are running smoothly and achieving the defined criteria , budget and KPI target,
  • Operation Planning and overseeing inbound, outbound activities, inventory accuracy, resource and schedule according to business requirements and compliances.
Job Requirement
  • Experience in tracker records in Warehouse Management, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office : Excel, Word & Power Point
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field

Buyer

Job Description
  • Source new suppliers, negotiate buying terms with vendor and develop financial plan for the vendor
  • To forecast future trends, analyse customer patters of buying and control the flow of stock inclusive ensuring the quality and timely arrive of stock
Job Requirement
  • At least 3 years working experience as Buyer Merchandising, preferably in retail industry
  • Required language : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu

Sales Section Manager

Job Description
  • Supervise sales staff and promoters and support the superior to manage sales and achieve the sales target.
  • Join daily & weekly meeting with the superior and staff to receive news about new products and new promotion
  • Ensure the sales area is ready for customers.
  • Coordinate with all department to prepare promotion area and to provide convenient for sales staffs, product installation, sign installation.
  • Check daily and weekly sales from the store General Manager secretary, give suggestion, activities or strategy plan to stimulate sales and then present to the superior in the section meeting.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Willing to work retail hour / Shift/ Weekends & Public Holiday.
  • Willing to travel and relocate to another HomePro store when required is added advantage

Installer

Job Description
  • To perform the installation work for the products that customer has purchased from HomePro.
  • The products involve include;
    • Home Electrical product – Ceiling fan, ceiling light, wall fan.
    • Home Appliance – Washing machine and dryer, refrigerator etc
    • Water Solution product – Water heater, water pump, water tank , water filter etc
    • Furniture assembly
    • (Bathroom)Sanitary fittings - toilet bowl, faucet, basin etc
    • Kitchen sinks and faucet
    • Wall and floor covering material – tile
Job Requirement
  • Candidate with background in installation service are highly recommended
  • Fresh graduated student who have a certificate/diploma in air conditioning, electrical or technical

Carpenter

Job Description
  • To perform carpenter works including build, installation and repair work of door, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
  • Assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate with background in furniture / kitchen cabinet installation are highly recommended
  • Fresh graduated student who have a certificate/diploma in furniture making/wood

Sales Assistant

Job Description
  • Welcome customers, give them information about products including how to use them, answer questions, and give suggestion to help them find suitable models
  • Close sales: after the customer agree to buy, sales staff must prepare product and pack it for the customer to pick up. If the product will be delivered to the customer’s place, coordinate to set up the delivery
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives.

Customer Service Assistant

Job Description
  • Controlling the procedures of goods return and exchange, verifying the Goods Return documents (Credit Note), signing to approve Loan Document in order to re-distribute the coupon or the cash to the customers within the limit determined
  • Controlling the goods reparation transaction, verifying the Job Sheet (the document used for recording Goods Reparation details) as well as coordinating with relevant parties to proceed goods reparation transaction completely and tracking the repaired goods pursuant to the appointment made with the customers
Job Requirement
